• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return or replacement request.
• The video should be clear, continuous, and without any cuts, starting from sealed packaging.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any issue.
• Products showing signs of use, scratches, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
• Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.
